Contract Price Ceiling
1. The contract price ceiling shall not exceed the Approved Budget for Contract which is Fifty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos Only (P52,248.00).

Terms and Conditions:
• The amount per liter to be charged to SSS shall be based on the pump price at the time of purchase provided that the pump price is within the prevailing market/retail/pump prices as published in the DOE website.

Price Validity: One (1) Year
Delivery Terms:
• Three (3) calendar days from receipt of approved Purchase Order
• Delivery schedule will be the actual refueling of branch's service vehicle at gasoline station

Payment Terms:
• Government Terms
• SSS shall withhold the applicable taxes from the amount payable in accordance with the BIR regulations.
