Description : Invitation to Bid for the Supply, Development, Installation, Implementation and Testing of Warehouses, Cold Storages and Crop Production Mobile Monitoring System and Devices

1. The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the 156 Admin Cost Fixed intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Pesos (Php13,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Development, Installation, Implementation and Testing of Warehouses, Cold Storages and Crop Production Mobile Monitoring System and Devices with ITB PR No. 0660-25BAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The BPI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years (from CY 2023 to present) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract or an aggregate of utmost three contracts similar to the Project to be bid equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ...
