1. The Barangay Alegria, Bato, Leyte through the GoP (20% Dev-t. Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Pesos only (Php 144,944.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE PURCHASE & INSTALLATION OF WATER PIPES OF BRGY. ALEGRIA, BATO, LEYTE (ALEGRIAGOODS2025-03). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
