1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Free Medicines Assistance Program Fund (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand One Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and Fifty Centavos (Php3,577,136.50) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines for LGU-Borongan City, Eastern Samar (Lot 2 - Oral and Topical Medications). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
