size: 13cm x 17.5cm, with individual plastic cover

iii. Transparent, plastic ID Holder, with string/lace, 4” x 3”

Note: Notebook with Pen and ID Holder must be arranged inside each Tote Bag upon delivery.

Schedule of Requirement: Delivery within 10 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
