1. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2025 Establishment of Seed Farm & Seedling Nurseries Fund & Technical Support/ Assistance to Farmers, Fisherfolks & Livestock Raisers, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand (PhP213,000.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Tools, Materials & Fertilizers for the Establishment of Seed Farm & Seedling Nurseries/MASO-041-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
