INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TEXTILES

1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) through the GAA FY2026 (NEP-EPA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen Pesos and Sixty Cents (PhP1,682,517.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Textiles under IB No. 2025-10-0418. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Housekeeping Supplies using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) working days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
