1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGGAO, CAGAYAN, Trust Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Pesos (PhP 471,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, delivery & testing of Low Orbit Internet Hardware Kit with 1 year free data (G-2025-06-042). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGGAO, CAGAYAN now invites bids for the above services. Delivery of the Goods is required 40 days upon receipt of the NTP. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
