Description : The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13, through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Fund (FPIAF) 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 3,801,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for DICT 13-2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the schedule mentioned in the Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
