1. The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) through the Socio-Civic Projects Fund by Office of the President intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Pesos (PhP14,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of Two (2) units Duodenovideoscope Optical System compatible with the existing endoscopy tower - Brand: Olympus 190 series, Model: CV-1500 under ITB No. 2025-353. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
