The MARIVELES WATER DISTRICT, through the MWD Approved Budget for 2025 through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract to Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Brand New 75 KVA Generator Set, 230 Volts, 3 Phase, Silent Type (enclosure) with and 100 Amperes Industrial Circuit Breaker with enclosure (230 V, 3 Phase). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
