1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the Continuing Appropriations (CONAP) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-One Philippine Pesos and Ninety-Six Centavos (PhP 25,074,721.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Lot Audio and Video Equipment for Department of Health under IB No. 2025-243. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
