Description : 1. The Ministry of Health, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH
BARMM), through the TDIF Supplemental 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million
Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (PHP 3,880,000.00), being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing and
Commissioning of Monitoring Vehicle under TDIF Supplemental 2025. Bids received in excess of
the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Ministry of Health, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH
BARMM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods
is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission
and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions
to Bidders).
