1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Pesos (PHP 16,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of HCI Server Upgrade and Wireless Access Point System with Structured Cabling Services under IB No. 2025-05-05 (20). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
