  1) The Provincial Government of Aurora, through the 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only Php 10,960,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing, and Commissioning of 1 Unit Brand New Airconditioned Hydraulic Excavator Crawler Type with Hydraulic Breaker. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Aurora now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Testing, and Commissioning of 1 Unit Brand New Airconditioned Hydraulic Excavator Crawler Type with Hydraulic Breaker using the Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. ...
