INVITATION TO BID

Supply & delivery of School Supplies to be distributed to private and public elementary, secondary and Senior High School in the Municipality

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGGAO, CAGAYAN, SHORT OF AWARD intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and 33/100 (PhP 2,843,395.33) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & delivery of School Supplies to be distributed to private and public elementary, secondary and Senior High School in the Municipality (G-2024-12-141). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
