3. PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR PHILGEPS REGISTRATION NUMBER, MAYOR'S OFFICE PRIOR TO THE AWARD
OF PURCHASE ORDER.
4. BIDDERS MAY QUOTE FOR ANY OR ALL ITEMS.
5. PRICE QUOTATION, TO BE DOMINATED IN PHILIPPINES PESO SHALL INCLUDE ALL TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR
LEVEIS PAYABLE.
6. QUOTATION EXCEEDING THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT SHALL BE REJECTED
7. AWARD OF CONTRACT SHALL BE MADE TO THE LOWEST QUOTATION (FOR GOODS AND INFRASTRUCTURE) OR,
THE HIGHEST RATED OFFER (FOR CONSULTING SERVICES) MINIMUM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER

8. THE ITEMS/ SHALL BE DELIVERED WITHTIN CALENDARS DAYS FROM FROM RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER AT
KIBAWE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-MAIN.
