1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for 2026- SAAD intends to apply the sum of Five Million Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php5,060,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 2026- SAAD-03 as follows:
