1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2025- SAAD intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php8,640,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 2025-SAAD-13 as follows:
