1. The Municipality of San Juan, La Union through the Department of Agriculture Fund-2021 intends to apply the sum of Php3,550,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery for the Procurement of Live Animals for Livestock Affected by Typhoon “Maring” /Project ID No. ITB-2022-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
