INVITATION TO BID
FOR
SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PORTABLE SPEAKER

1. The Municipal Government of Malita, through the MO - Supply & Delivery Portable Speaker (Semi-Expendable Technical & Scientific Equipment) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 450,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract of Supply & Delivery of Portable Speaker / M2509-746. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
