INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply & Delivery of Plastic Barcode for the Computerization of Meter Reading & Billing of ACWS

1. The Municipal Government of Lucban, through the General Fund (GF) Approved Budget of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (P 320,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PLASTIC BARCODE FOR THE COMPUTERIZATION OF METER READING & BILLING OF ACWS / 100-8771-25-0257. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Lucban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 10 days. Bidders should have completed, within February 26, 2025 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
