 R410A ozone friendly refrigerant or more environment friendly freon, blue fin protection for condenser coils.
Required Standards:
 The Manufacturer shall have a valid ISO of authorization from the manufacturer (Authorized Distributor Certification)
 Must be at least 50 years existing in the Philippine Market.
Warranty:
 At least 1-year parts and service warranty starting from the date of acceptance. Compressor shall have at least 5 years warranty.
Others:
 Supplier must have experience in Philippines Government Procurement Transaction.
