Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW DUMP TRUCK

1. The Municipal Government of Busuanga, through 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW DUMP TRUCK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Busuanga now invites bids for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW DUMP TRUCK. Delivery of the Goods is required Forty-five (45) days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
