1. The Local Government Unit of Burgos, through the budget from General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 105,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Office Equipments, Supplies & Fixtures SB and Vice Mayor-s Office, Municipality of Burgos, Surigao del Norte / Contract No. B-12-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Burgos now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Office Equipments, Supplies & Fixtures SB and Vice Mayor-s Office, Municipality of Burgos, Surigao del Norte.
