The Local Government Unit of Brgy. Hingatungan, Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR AND SIXTY CENTAVOS (205,174.60), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS- PHASE 2, IN BARANGAY HINGATUNGAN, SILAGO, SOUTHERN LEYTE, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
