  1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 LGDF-PDF General Fund (SP-Legislation, PR No. 0613-CB-26) and CY 2026 LGDF-General Fund (VGO, PR No. 0778-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 825,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Monobloc Chairs and Table - IB No. G-066-26C (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids Supply/Delivery of Monobloc Chairs and Table - IB No. G-066-26C (2nd opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required 10 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
