The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Three Pesos and 00/100 (Php894,843.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MEDICINES, MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR MALINAO RHU.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 25 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
