Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the LDRRM FUND, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 00/100 (Php240,125.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply & Delivery of Medical Supplies & Rescue Equipment for the 1st Mayor Jojo Iquina Rescue Competition.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-named project to be completed within 20 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
