NS-09-19-25-02

1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF / 20% EDF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php2,476,320.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-09-19-25-02: Supply & Delivery of Medical Equipment (Mechanical (Manual) Hospital Bed) for the Use of NSPH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of Medical Equipment (Mechanical (Manual) Hospital Bed) for the Use of NSPH. Delivery of the Services is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
