INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS
SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MEALS & SERVICES FOR VARIOUS LRP SEMINARS, TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, PROGRAMS, & ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR 2025

1. The Leyte Regional Prison (LRP) intends to procure meals and services for various LRP Seminars, Training, Workshops, Events, Programs, & Activities for the Year 2025 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Three Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (₱310,000.00).

2. The LRP Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
