1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through the Municipal Development Fund for Fiscal Year 2024 General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIVE PESOS ONLY (P496,405.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of materials for the Rehabilitation of Potable Water System at Purok 3, Brgy. Commonal, SNV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within twenty five (25) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
