INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION/CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT LANDFILL VICTORY (1ST BID)

1. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan, through the 20% Local Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 345,450.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply & Delivery of Materials for the Installation/Construction of Perimeter Fence at Landfill Victory IB # 2025-06-059 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods required is 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
