Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF (LOT 1: VARIOUS AGRICULTURAL INPUTS & LOT 3: 200 BOTTLES OF NEEM OIL) TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO SCHOOLS THAT WILL PARTICIPATE ON CY 2025 GULAYAN SA PAARALAN PROGRAM REGIONWIDE (REBID)

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum; LOT 1 - NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P938,000.00); LOT 3 - SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P70,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-01-0107. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by JUNE 2025.
