Before Opening of Bids:
-Must submit three (3) 250-300ml sample in tightly sealed plastic
containers upon submission of bid docs, for jar testing by SANWAD
Laboratory and as retained samples.
-Submission of report of analysis/official result of %Alumina Content
meeting the required 9.0-10.6 w/w from a DOH Accredited Laboratory,
analyzed within the last three (3) months from bid opening.

During Delivery:
-Payment of laboratory testing (% Alumina Content) per delivery shall be
borne by the supplier which shall be deducted from the monthly billing
payments. SANWAD will submit random sample taken from delivered
item to a DOH -accredited laboratory.
-Supplier must provide storage, transfer pipes, transfer pump, pipelines
