Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, LIFTING, POSITIONING AND INSTALLATION OF 40TR AIR COOLED PACKAGE TYPE UNIT FOR USE AT THE BUILDING OF THE TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 2,576,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Lifting, Positioning and Installation of 40TR Air Cooled Package Type Unit for Use at the Building of the Tarlac Provincial Hospital/ B-G-2025-059-N. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days.
