The Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH), through the Trust Account of Hospital Income FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P4,711,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagents and Supplies with Tie-up Machine for Patient Care Diagnostics per PR No. 2026-03-047 dated March 5, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
