Description : 1. The Quirino State University, through the DA-ACEF (07DBP - MUSHROOM) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand (₱ 1,835,000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Supply & Delivery of Laboratory Equipment for the Upgrading of Mushroom Research, Development and Production Center at Quirino State University”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Quirino State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by not later than 90 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within four (4) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
