1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million, One Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand, Six Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php 8,166,695.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for CY 2025 of PRO IV-B.
For Lot 1 the sum of Two Million, Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php) 2,249,920.00),
For Lot 2 the sum of Five Million, Ninety-Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos (Php 5,099,575.00),
For Lot 3 the sum of Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand, Two Hundred Pesos (Php 817,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
