1. In view of the Two (2) Failed Biddings, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the Calamity Fund - 2025 continuing appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos & 85/100 (Php199,195,405.85) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

2. The PAGASA now invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training and Commissioning of S-Band Magnetron Type Dual Polarization, Doppler Weather Radar - Re bid, IB No. 2026-42 R (PR 2025-11-0718).
