The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the authorized appropriations under the 2024 National Expenditure Program (NEP) , intends to apply the sum of One Hundred and Seventy-Six Million Six Hundred and Twenty-Four Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-Three and 28/100 Pesos (Php176,624,273.28) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training and Commissioning of S-Band Magnetron-Type Dual Polarization, Doppler Weather Radar and Accessories at Brgy. Buntatala, Jaro, Iloilo”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
