The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)], through the General Appropriations Act - FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Seven Million Three Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos & 82/100 (Php197,309,629.82) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training and Commissioning of S-Band Dual Polarization, Magnetron Type Doppler Weather Radar at People-s Park in the Sky, Tagaytay City, Cavite - Re bid, IB No. 2026-09 R (PR 2025-10-0691 EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
