1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)], through the National Expenditure Program - FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Seven Million Four Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen Pesos & 51/100 (Php197,404,517.51) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training and Commissioning of S-Band Dual Polarization, Magnetron Type Doppler Weather Radar at Brgy. Buenavista, Bato Catanduanes, IB No. 2026-04 EPA (PR 2025-10-0666 EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty (24) months...
