The Local Government Unit of Abulug, Cagayan, through the TRUST FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱7,221,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & TESTING OF MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR RICE PROCESSING CENTER III @ BRGY. ALINUNU, ABULUG, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
