  1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Five Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Pesos (Php34,594,000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training for the Establishment of an Integrated Hydrological Data Management System (HDMS) Phase III - Re bid under PR 2024-11-0763 EPA| IB 2025-22 R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made three hundred (300) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes...
