The work to be performed shall consist of coordination and supervision of all activities for the supply, delivery and commissioning of machines with proven and tested technology and free from hidden defects for the Shared Service Facility (SSF) for Wearable and Homestyle Products including but not limited to:
a. Deliver, install and commission of tools, machines and equipment in the identified site of end user FOB Within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
b. Supervise the commissioning and testing of tools, machines, and equipment at supplier-s cost.
c. Provide sufficient number of hours of training on machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting for the assigned personnel to operate and manage the tools, machines, and equipment.
