1) The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Annual Budget Appropriations intends to apply the sum of P 9,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Configuration of CCTV System for the Provincial Government of Cagayan / PBD Goods 061-2025 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Configuration of CCTV System for the Provincial Government of Cagayan using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid criterion.
