Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF A WATER FILTER SYSTEM IN PUMP STATION NO. 5

1. The Santa Maria Water District, through the Corporate Operating Fund for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P4,812,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF A WATER FILTER SYSTEM IN PUMP STATION NO. 5 with Reference No. SMWD-PB2025-G-06-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Santa Maria Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and completion of the project is required within four (4) months upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project which is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
