1. The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the Income and Income (PAV) intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP79,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
