SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES AT THE DBM CENTRAL OFFICE (ARCACHE BUILDING)
1) The Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-Central Office, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P26,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Various Air-conditioning Systems and Other Accessories at the DBM Central Office (Arcache Building)”. For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 12 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, the proposed budget under the FY 2026 NEP shall be used as basis.
